Brigado

Set up Brigado in five steps

From first launch to your first count in about 30 minutes.

When you open Brigado the first time, choose Set up my restaurant. Setup has five steps, and you can leave at any point with Finish later; a checklist on Today keeps what’s left.

  1. Your restaurant. Name it, pick the kind of place (full service, quick service, café or bakery, bar, delivery kitchen), and check the currency and units. They’re taken from your device, and you can change them later in Settings.
  2. Your items. Import your supplier’s Excel or CSV price list, use the common items for your kind of kitchen (50–150 items, already placed in storage areas), or skip and add items as you count. You can do more than one.
  3. Storage areas. The places you count, in the order you walk past them. Drag to reorder; counting follows this order.
  4. Your team. Staff join with their own Apple Account. See Your team and Apple Accounts.
  5. First count. Count one area to start; it takes about ten minutes.

Want to look around first? Choose Look around the sample restaurant on the welcome screen. When you’re ready, Today has a button to clear it and set up your own.

The dashboard on iPad once setup is done: food cost, invoices to review, price increases and count changes.
