Your team and Apple Accounts

How staff join your restaurant, and why each person uses their own Apple Account.

Brigado keeps your restaurant in your iCloud and shares it with your team through iCloud sharing, the same way Apple’s own apps share a note or a folder.

• Each person joins with their own Apple Account. Nobody shares a login, so you always know who counted what.
• Each person picks their own language for Brigado.
• Your plan includes 3 people (Essentials) or 6 (Kitchen).
• When someone leaves, remove them from Team. They stop seeing the restaurant’s data.

Staff without an Apple Account can make one in a few minutes: Make an Apple Account for a staff member. A shared “counting iPad” signed in with the restaurant’s own Apple Account works too.
