AI reading and your privacy

What's sent when invoices and voice are read in the cloud, and how to turn it off.

Reading invoices and cloud voice counting are off until you agree, the first time you use them.

With your agreement, the invoice image or voice clip goes through our server to an AI provider (Anthropic; Google and OpenAI as backups) to be read. They don’t keep it or train on it, and our server keeps no images, recordings or results.

Turn it off any time in Shop ▸ Settings ▸ Read invoices and voice with AI. You then enter invoices by hand, and voice counting uses speech recognition on your device. The setting is per device; each person decides for themselves.
